We can share our stories and our wisdom, and learn from one another's experiences. We can offer each other support, encouragement, and empathy, and we can hold each other accountable as we work towards our goals. Through this process, we can begin to heal from past wounds, build resilience and confidence, and create a sense of belonging and purpose. We can also develop meaningful connections and friendships that can last a lifetime! It takes courage and vulnerability to be a part of such a community, but the rewards can be immeasurable. By supporting each other and working together, we can create a powerful force for positive change in our own lives and in the world around us.

Greetings! I'm Lori, an adventurous soul on a quest for holistic well-being and magical experiences. When I'm not busy exploring the world around me, you'll often find me
indulging in my passions and embracing the beauty of life's little treasures.  My heart finds solace in the practice of yoga, where I let my free spirit soar and connect with the rhythm of the universe. I've also developed a deep fascination with the enchanting dance of the moon cycles, finding inspiration and guidance in their ever-changing patterns.

While the world is my canvas, I find joy in creating delectable treats in the kitchen, channeling my inner alchemist as I experiment with flavors and textures. My collection of wild flowers is a testament to my love for nature's artistry, and each bloom holds a story of its own.

My love for practicing yoga stems from its profound impact on my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Yoga provides a holistic approach to health, combining physical postures(asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation, and philosophical principles.

In addition to its numerous benefits, I have discovered a special connection between yoga and the moon cycles. The moon is a symbol of feminine energy, intuition, and cycles of renewal. By aligning my yoga practice with the moon phases, I tap into this natural rhythm and harness its energy to deepen my practice.
